Features

INTERLOCKING ROLL

An interlocking shift from main roll to assistant roll. It gives smooth transfer to any kind of materials.

SCREW ROLL

Decreasing wrinkles during substrates feeding andâ€¨raise the friction of main roll for smooth feeding operation for all kind of fabrics.

MEDIA TENSION CONTROL SYSTEM

It applied Elec. pneumatic control tension to generate constant tension of materials. According to type of textile, tension can be adjusted automatically.

FEEDING SYSTEM & PINCH ROLL

Automated intelligent feeding system for supply & take up media for constant stability.â€¨And with Pinch roll,â€¨it presses media surface equality for stable print.

PCI BOARD & SPLIT BOARD

R&D of KEUNDO has developed PCI board for high-capacities with express data transmission and the Sprit board that devides data from PCI to each head accurately.â€¨It is able to controlâ€¨each heads more efficiently than any other boards.

HEAD AUTO-CLEANING

Effective device which can clean the heads and head plate automatically by program.

DEGASSING UNIT

From main ink pail to ink line, it removes micro bubble while transfer toâ€¨main ink tank.

FRONT DRYER

Applied FIN to the out-sideâ€¨of dryer for wide dry after print.â€¨It could dry textile material(s) perfectly on any mode of pass(es).

MESH KIT & VACUUM PLATE

Depending on the purpose of printing by fabric(s)â€¨or transfer paper,â€¨A plate can be changeable for its purpose of printing on material.

JET MODULE & HI BOARD

KEUNDO has developed new Jet-Module with Head Interface Board (HIB) forâ€¨water based head(s) control.â€¨It gives a low temperature of Amp for stable jetting with long time operation. Without the HIB, must add a few other parts for temperature control. Also It effected to weight of the head carriage, elec. noise,â€¨easy maintenance, and etc.
